The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a square with bars and close to the beach, restaurants, and other bars. the room I stayed in was always clean and had an upstairs bedroom.

The staff are polite, the location is stunning.

Well taken care of, the service was good, and the location was awesome - super close to amazing beaches and the main harbor. I had a comfy apartment for 7 nights with a nice dining area, including a table and chairs. 🌴

The location was amazing and best possible, within walking distance of S'albufereta Natural Reserve. The hotel was minutes from restaurants and bars. Room was airy and newly remodelled, and breakfast was delicious!

The location here is amazing, it's in a quiet area but still close to the beach and promenade, and the interior design is modern and stylish.

Comfortable well equipped apartment. We enjoyed the peaceful location with just a short stroll into the resort centre. Pool and surroundings are well maintained and attractive. A big plus was the provision of heating in our accommodation.

Their location. Easy access to beach/park (for young children). Close to centre of resort although you can go from one end of resort to the other in approx 20mins. Good swimming pools

The hotel is situated in a central location away from the overly touristy spots. the staff members were friendly and provided excellent recommendations. - My room was well-equipped with a work desk, satellite television, and a dining area.

This venue is conveniently situated just 1 km away from the charming Pollensa Port in a peaceful area, housed in a beautiful building.

Location. It is only a few hundred yards away from the beach.

We ( 2 adults and one child ) stayed in an apartment for 4 adults. Very small bed room. Small bathroom. very small kitchenette. No kettle. We were told that it will not be available until next week. Hot plates are dangerous. Both of the 2 air-conditioners were barely working . Impossible to have a decent sleep at night. Very noisy from corridor and next-door rooms.

We loved location 2 minutes from beach . the room was spacious plenty of wardrobe space. Pool was good plenty for children to do and loads kids to make friends with. The food was lovely plenty of choice and the resteraunt staff were so polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean would recomend and stay againourselves.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful not very welcoming you were made to feel a nuisance whenever you asked them anything, pool beds had towels on them all by 9am even though signs said no reserving of beds nobody was on them but nothing was done .

Apartment very clean and spacious. Both the beds and sofa beds were very comfy.

People allowed to reserve sunbeds even if don't use them for most of day.
